Position Summary | The Simulation and Laboratory Faculty participates in the operational aspects of the UNCG Simulation Center for Experiential Nursing Education (SCENE). This faculty member provides expertise and best practices in simulation integration, methods, and technologies, and supports the evidence-based educational experiences for learners in the School of Nursing. The Simulation and Laboratory faculty member works with course faculty to design, implement, and evaluate simulation and practice laboratory learning activities, consistent with the School of Nursing mission and strategic plan. The Simulation and Laboratory Faculty works with the SCENE Director and the simulation/laboratory team to ensure the implementation of best practices in practice labs and simulation education for both graduate and undergraduate students at the Main and Union Square Campus sites, both in Greensboro. The Simulation and Laboratory faculty member works directly with the SCENE Director, is supervised by the SCENE Director and the Department Chair works collaboratively with program directors and course leaders, and has the following responsibilities:
