We are currently seeking a Senior Medicaid Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama (US-AL), United States (US).

The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the State staff and acting as the trusted partner supporting the full system life cycle of assigned projects. Focus will be on Medicaid DSS/SUR/MAR/TMSIS functional areas. The Sr BA will provide support to the PM during the DDI project, helping assist and oversee the module contractor. This will include the overall Schedule, Work Plan, security, testing, systems integration, deployment planning, and other technical and non-technical components.

Individuals have a deep understanding of their own subject area and a broad understanding of related subject areas.

They handle diverse issues and lead projects that contribute to the company's success.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of system development methodology, project management and system architecture experience.

Minimum 5 years experience evaluating IT and business challenges.

Minimum 5 years experience working as a business analyst in a Medicaid environment.

Minimum 3 years experience translating between non[1]technical business users and technical IT resources.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $90,000 to 130,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
