Job Description
JOB TITLE: Senior Traffic Engineer
WORKSITE LOCATION: Raleigh, NC
JOB DUTIES:
Lead design tasks to ensure deliverables are completed within budget and on schedule. Participate in all aspects of project development including traffic signal, signing, pavement marking, ITS, and work zone traffic control design. Perform traffic analysis and technical report writing. Participate in client and public meetings. Assist in managing staff. Preparation of engineering plans using prescribed methods. Participate in contract negotiations, proposal, business development duties.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field plus 7 years of experience as a Senior Traffic Engineer or a closely related occupation
