All about the role:

Join us as a Senior Talent Development Specialist and take the lead in crafting and executing dynamic talent development programs aimed at fortifying our leadership capabilities across the North America region.

In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with our global and regional Talent Management Centers of Excellence, as well as our dedicated HR Business Partners, to drive impactful initiatives. As an integral member of our team, you'll operate as an individual contributor, bringing to the table a strategic vision and an innovative approach to talent and organizational development.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development, this role offers the chance to shape the future of talent at Electrolux NA. If you're passionate about talent development and eager to make a difference, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the Global COE Learning & Talent Management team and regional leadership to co-create and implement leadership programs to continue fostering our people leader capabilities.

  • Data mining leveraging multiple sources of data (succession planning, development plans, employee engagement survey, attrition, etc.) to design and implement programs to strengthen our leadership capabilities such as accelerated development programs, leadership onboarding, curated development plans, etc.

  • Co-design with our Global COE L&D leadership programs and facilitate them in the region for People Leaders.

  • Partner with HR-Business partners and senior business leaders to drive change and create a strong culture of people leader and accountability across the organization and NA region.

  • Partner closely with our global People Service and Solution -Talent Services Team, Data Analytics, HR Business Partners to implement our Global Employee Engagement Survey and drive actions based on the quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

Qualifications required:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, I-O Psychology, or related discipline.

  • 6+ years previous experience in Human Resources in the Talent Development, Organizational Development or related field.

  • Experience designing and implementing leadership and development programs with key indicators to measure the outcome of these initiatives (Kirkpatrick level 3 & 4)

  • Has an active certification in (at least one) in: HOGAN, MBTI, Human Side, Birkman, etc.

  • Self-starter with high change agility and proven success in leading change initiatives.

  • Excellent project management and organization skills.
