Your Role

The Transactional Service Coordinator is a pivotal role bridging all aspects of Transactional Services & Ad Operations. Reporting to the Director of Business Processes, you'll provide essential support to departmental operations and initiatives, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and office administration. Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills are critical for success in this role.

What You'll do

  • Assist in information gathering, validation, document preparation, and coordination of meetings to bolster Transactional Services and Ad Operations pillars.
  • Collaborate closely with pillar leads to comprehend, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for their functional domains.
  • Generate reports and presentations to present insights for informed management decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on progress of assigned projects.
  • Manage general office administration tasks to maintain office efficiency, including inventory management, coordinating maintenance, etc.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Organize team-building activities for the Transactional Services & Ad Operations team both in-office and off-site.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, paired with effective task prioritization and deadline management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with precision and accuracy.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with adept task coordination abilities.
  • Unwavering integrity and dedication to ethical conduct in all endeavors.
  • Team player mindset combined with the ability to work autonomously when required.
