Job Summary
If you're an accomplished Project Manager adept at driving impactful results in a dynamic setting, this role is tailor-made for you. Reporting to the ITS Americas Business Partner, you'll take ownership of managing small to large projects with varying complexities. As a seasoned professional, you will apply standard project management methodology within the Ingersoll Rand project management framework for all projects and successfully drive project efforts. As well, this role will dotted-line report to our ITS-Americas Program Management in fulfilling their project management related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive small to large projects of varying complexity to be delivered on time, in scope, and in budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal resource teams and third parties/vendors.
  • Development of project plans, budget plans, schedules, and communications.
  • Manage and document changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • Track capital and expense financial project spend.
  • Manage the procurement and payment of project goods and services.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of working experience in project management or similar field, with the ability to demonstrate managing projects of varying complexity, size, and cross-functional resourcing.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
  • Position is remote based with 5-10% domestic travel.
  • US Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident
