What You Will Do as a Customer Support Representative:

This position serves as Customer Support Representative for all divisions of CritiCore Inc. (Uniform, Transportation, and Allergy). The position is the inside contact for all CritiCore Inc. accounts and works with CritiCore dedicated inside reps covering those accounts. The position interacts with CritiCore employees by entering orders, providing ship dates, resolving issues, issuing samples, issuing Return Authorizations, etc. This position is the internal liaison with other areas of the company (Operations and Finance).

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Maintain data accuracy within the ERP system and with CritiCore customers.
  • Monitor business conditions and suggest improvements and advise of potential threats to CritiCore Inc. Sales and Management where appropriate
  • Create Return orders and labels
  • Manage open orders to reduce the amount of past due orders
  • Customer portal order acknowledgment
  • Create customer logins for CritiCore portal
  • Create reports as requested.
  • Customer cross reference imports
  • Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Skills for Success:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with or ability to learn basic textile/apparel manufacturing and distribution
  • Ability to multitask and handle a large workload and the ability to complete tasks accurately and with required urgency
  • Must have exceptional organization and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in usage of, or ability to quickly learn, PC applications including MS Office Suite, MS Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV or similar ERP
