A REMOTE Digital Engineering Content Developer job is currently available at Belcan. This is a full-time direct position with benefits. To be considered, you will need 3+ years of technical content development experience with a strong background in digital engineering transformation. As a Digital Engineering Content Developer, you will coordinate with subject matter experts to create high-quality technical documentation to support our digital engineering products and services. You will join a team delivering capabilities to meet our customers' growing needs in digital transformation across the domains of Model-Based Engineering (MBE), Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Model-Based Definition (MBD), Enterprise Architecture (EA), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Development/Security/Operations (DevSecOps).

Key Responsibilities:*
* Work will be remote.* Travel to customer sites, conferences, or internal meetings may be required (up to 25%).*
* Conduct key responsibilities listed below, within the digital transformation domains of MBE, MBSE, MBD, EA, SDLC, DevSecOps.
* Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop and maintain internal and customer-facing technical documentation including tutorials, user manuals, guides, presentations, white papers, reports, training material, procedures, and specifications
* Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to generate technical content that will be used in marketing materials for Belcan Digital Engineering Services
* Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gather insights, validate technical information, and incorporate industry best practices into content development.
* Conduct research on digital engineering topics, industry trends, and competitive landscape to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and differentiation.
* Utilize multimedia elements such as graphics, videos, animations, and interactive tools to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of technical content
* Contribute to content strategy discussions, and campaign ideation sessions to align content efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:*
* US Citizenship*
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, instructional design, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
* Strong understanding of digital engineering concepts in one or more digital engineering initiatives including MBE, MBSE, MBD, EA, SDLC, DevSecOps
* Proven experience as a content developer or technical writer in the engineering or technology sector.
* Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in content creation through MS Office products and video editing software.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
* Creative mindset, critical thinking abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $100,000 to $130,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
