Job Description:

The position will be installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshootingindustrial building and production related equipment as needed in a fast paced, safe, industrial maintenance team environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on all equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and follow up with root cause analysis.
• Support all facility maintenance needs as assigned.
• Use schematics and technical materials as needed.
• Create and modify work orders using computerized maintenance software
• Included, but not limited to, work overtime, and respond to emergencies outside of normal shift.
• General facility maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, irrigation and grounds, lighting.
• CNC Machine preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance
• Manual mills and lathes repairs
• Weld cell maintenance and repairs
• Compressed air system and pneumatic repair

• All other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of maintenance experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of CNC machine maintenance and repairs preferred
• 2 years of experience in mechatronics, or 2 year Technical / Trade school degree preferred
• Experience with mechanical machine maintenance and repairs, including hydraulically actuated machines, electrical circuits up to 480V 3-phase, low voltage control systems, and pneumatic devices.
• Experience with VFDs/Inverters and PLC ladder logic.
• Experience with CMM maintenance software.
• Knowledge of OSHA's requirements for working in an industrial setting.
• Committed to working safely in a team setting and alone.
• Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements of the Job

Physical requirements of the job are classified as medium to heavy. Physical demand requirements are in excess of light work. Medium to heavy work is defined as:

• 10 to 40 pounds of force frequently, may include pushing, pulling and lifting.
• 40 to 100 pounds of force occasionally with assistance of machinery or others to move objects.
• Ability to stand on concrete for 10+ hours per shift.

The salary range for this position is $21.15 to $31.73 hourly, plus 10% night differential.
