Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business and data analysis in the Global Financial Crimes environment
- Work effectively in a fully mature agile team
- Work closely with business partners in defining requirements and ensuring acceptance criteria is met for application changes
- Partner with the multiple technology and business teams to drive the requirements gathering
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a BA role
- BS/MS in Computer Science
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL and database technologies
- Creative individual with a track record of being resourceful and adaptive working as a team to address roadblocks and challenges
- Exceptional intelligence and problem-solving skills
- Well versed with agile methodology and processes
- Background in enterprise stress testing
- Knowledge and/or experience working within the Teradata, Hadoop, or other big data distributed ecosystem
Desired Skills:
- Good knowledge of database and querying tools
Pay Range: $43.56-$51.56
