Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assist with month end closing processes, maintain the general ledger, generate monthly journal entries and reconcile accounts.
* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
* Provide financial analysis, cost accounting and reporting on results and trends of operations.
* Assist with product cost development and cost savings calculations, creating budgets, forecasts and activity rates.
* Develop a strong understanding of the Financial and ERP systems and the ability to data mine.
* Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with team members, coworkers, production staff and management.
* Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.
* Review and improve daily processes and tasks to expedite and improve workflow.
* Provide audit support through the generation of timely, accurate schedules and documents.
* Create and maintain adequate and appropriate procedural documentation.
* Assist with SOX compliance and reporting.

* Proficient in Excel with intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office products.

Required Experience and Education:
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
* Excellent communication & collaboration skills to interact with high-level business leaders to provide results, interpret results and drive the business performance forward.
