Job Summary:

Primary point of contact for the Sales Team to engage strategic clients with support, focused on driving client satisfaction and decreasing non-sales workload/activities to increase salespersons' time dedicated to sales calls and customer interactions. Coordinate and collaborate internal CCL processes critical to the sales team and represent sales team needs to internal CCL teams and processes. Reports into the Head of Sales and serves as the primary liaison between internal CCL departments and the Sales Organization. Communicates critical information from and to CCL departments and key clientele. Provides qualified lead generation to Sales Team.

Job Duties:

Provide Support to Strategic Client

  • Centralized point of contact and resource to strategic clients and the salesperson managing the client, offering world class service and follow up
  • Provides well qualified leads from strategic client contacts to Sales Team or appropriate CCL representatives, evaluating the propensity to buy
  • Obtains and communicates critical information regarding customer accounts, trends, and product/service needs in usable and timely format.
  • Provides support and troubleshooting to SBP on account management/billing/tracking/etc.

Coordinate with CCL Stakeholders in Strategic Client Support

  • Manage communication in and out of Sales Team by engaging with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and the impact on and expectations from the Sales Team
  • Interaction and collaboration with CCL Global Marketing to drive alignment with Sales Team, including collaborating on lead and demand generation processes, campaigns and communication
  • Ability to efficiently complete tactical initiatives yet keep a strategic vision, leveraging and communicating profitable opportunities as they arise

Provide Process and Continuous Improvement Support to Sales

  • Practice process mapping and support, actively seeking process improvement imbedding into the team for a more effective sales function
  • Leverage and utilize CRM platform, documenting day to day touchpoints and updating customer contact data as appropriate
  • Continually track and measure ROI's to all initiatives

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of job related experience.
  • Proven track record in Sales, CRM, Marketing or demonstrated equivalent experience required.

Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities necessary to be effective in the job:

  • Ability to be proactive & a self-starter, impeccable professionalism, assertiveness, commitment to task, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, intuitive perceptions, solid decision making and problem-solving capabilities *
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel *
  • Experience in managing complex, strategic client relationships *
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. *
  • Facilitation and presentation skills preferred *
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests and requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. *
  • Ability to travel less than 25% of the time to regional offices, sales territories or key customer service calls/events.

Pay and Benefits

  • The hiring range for this role is $64,000 to $75,000 annual. Offer will be commensurate with relevant qualifications and professional experience
