Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Universal Banker III for an opportunity with a client located in Carlsbad, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough customer profiling and needs assessments to open and recommend a wide array of banking products and services
• Drive sales by seizing all opportunities to cross-sell products and recruit new business for branch growth and profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify sales opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking offerings, and conform to new account laws and procedures, including documentation standards
• Execute teller transactions when required, maintaining a flawless balancing record, and managing complex customer-facing situations with poise
• Uphold the bank's reputation by delivering expedient and courteous service, solving intricate inquiries, and building sturdy customer loyalty
• Participate in community engagement with a minimum of 10 hours annually dedicated to volunteer services
• Occasionally step in to fulfill supervisory responsibilities and support the branch's operational needs

Requirements:

• Three or more years of teller experience with an emphasis on managing both consumer and complex business accounts
• Strong customer relations skills and effective, professional communication capabilities
• Solid administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and banking systems
• Deep understanding of and strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance regulations, including banking laws and information security
