Director, Product Marketing

Overview:

Blue Yonder is looking for a creative, talented, and dynamic Product Marketing leader with a passion for positioning, messaging and launching market-defining technologies to help Blue Yonder accelerate its leadership in Supply Chain management.

This is a strategic, high-impact product marketing role that will own product marketing for Blue Yonder Luminate Cognitive Platform, Control Tower and related composable microservices. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this is a highly visible and collaborative role with substantial accountability and scope. You will work closely with your product management and industry strategy peers to define positioning for Blue Yonder's platform, develop differentiated messaging, and invent creative ways to illustrate core value propositions which will have material impact on the growth of Blue Yonder's business.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with Product Management to develop a deep understanding of the Luminate Cognitive Platform and Control Tower capabilities as well as new enhancements on the roadmap, mapping these to market/buying requirements
  • Manage the NPI calendar and overall timing of releases to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and execute product go-to-market, from strategy to tactical plan development to content creation, then work in concert with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
  • In collaboration with Competitive Intelligence, evaluate market opportunities and risks by keeping abreast of competitive, customer and market trends
  • Build messaging & positioning that clearly articulates Blue Yonder's differentiation and ability to meet the specialized requirements for Blue Yonder's ICP
  • Build illustrative narratives and visual demonstrations that showcase the value and differentiation of Blue Yonder's new and existing advanced capabilities.
  • Create sales and customer success enablement materials and programs including field communications, customers presentations, and market overview content to support the sale and adoption of the Luminate Cognitive Platform and Control Tower.
  • In collaboration with the Sales Enablement team, support the cascade of these programs across all customer-facing teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA/master's strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • 3+ years of SaaS and Enterprise Software Product Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Experience of and understanding of supply chain software
  • Proven track record planning and executing product launches, go-to-market strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives with product, sales, and customer success, ability to define new market opportunities
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based software products and enterprise sales go-to-market strategies
  • A proven history of growing revenue through Product and Solution Marketing for both new and mature product lines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of technical and business audiences in simple, compelling English
  • Situational fluency, ability to influence and motivate others, and perseverance to handle challenging business situations
  • A track record of success in high-growth, global environments
  • Strong internal communicator and collaborator

The salary range for this position is: USD $ 137,127.00 - $ 172,873.00

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
