This is a fully Remote (Work from Home) position. Travel for a meeting may be required, as needed.DESCRIPTION OF WORK:Quadel is the premier provider of technical assistance, management, training, and consulting services to the affordable housing industry. Our client base includes Public Housing Authorities (PHAs), federal agencies, state, and local governments, as well as private sector providers. Clients rely upon Quadel's team of experienced professionals to provide information, services, and products that comply with regulatory requirements and represent state-of-the-art industry best practices.

Managers at Quadel play a crucial role in managing contract work, serving as business leads for the projects, and providing support to the subsidiary workforce. They collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality performance in, and timely completion of all business area activities including technical assistance and consulting, direct program management, contract administration, training, marketing, research, and other projects.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Contract Management and Oversight:
  • Manage core contractual responsibilities, assemble teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely and quality performance.
  • Provide oversight for projects/activities, including coordinating with team members, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
Business Development:
  • Participate in teams involved in competitive growth for the company, including preparation, technical writing, research, and project management for submissions.
Technical Expertise and Data Management:
  • Utilize technical knowledge to coordinate and participate in data collection and analysis activities, file/document reviews, and development of reports.
  • Proactively research and implement "smart work" applications to encourage technically advanced workflows and workspaces.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as a technical resource to clients, staff, team members, and other Quadel staff, ensuring work products comply with regulations and changes.
Leadership and Quality Control:
  • Serve as business lead on corporate initiatives and uphold Quadel's corporate values and quality standards.
  • Adhere to quality management system requirements and may perform Quality Control related tasks specific to the program.
Other Duties:
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred,
  • Five years experience in the management or administration of affordable housing, rental assistance or other related programs.
  • Significant experience in the design, development or provision of training and/or technical assistance, consulting, or direct management of affordable housing or closely related public programs and supervision of professional and technical staff preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Creative thinking and superb analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client and employee relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS:
  • Typical office environment with exposure to moderate noise levels.
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk.
  • Frequently required to sit
  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information and/or use a keyboard
