Title: Parts Ordering Analysst
Type: Full-Time
Rate: $26-27/hr
Location: Charlotte, NC
Onsite: Mon through Fri 8-5pm typical hours
Summary:
- Will provide parts and service support for multiple divisions at client
- Process purchase orders
- Order parts from Parent company, if not available then find sub partners to order parts
- Track parts ordered and delivery of parts, proper processing of shipping
- Return and tracking of defective parts, replacement parts and returns
- Work and communicate effectively with internal divisions, clients on the daily
Responsible for:
- Using parts manuals, prints, bills of material, Company Parts Website, and McGuider software, verifies accuracy of ordered part
- Determines proper substitute part, if necessary, through use of engineering documentation
- Checks status of ordered part, using proper documentation
- Verifies part classification and provides selling price to customer
- Establishes prices for non-stock parts
Requirements:
- Manufacturing/Industrial type of background
- Machinery knowledge preferred or working in a mechanical environment to talk mechanical language
- Internal parts tracking system experience
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office, Excel preferred
Manager is seeking consistency in resume, job hoppers will not be considered. Need 2+ years of consistent experience at least.
