Discuss loan needs and process consumer loan applications. Recommend other appropriate products and services offered by Peoples Bank and make referrals to business partners. Required Education/Knowledge:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One to three years of experience in branch banking, retail sales or general customer service

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customer and employees.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong sales skills and ability to assess customer needs and identify appropriate cross-sales opportunities.
