On this team, you will play a critical role in the growth of technology consulting services into new and existing mid-market RSM global clients in Managed IT Services, Cloud, and Infrastructure (MCI). Reporting to our GTM Manager, you will have diverse responsibilities ranging from product development, sales and marketing support, thought leadership, and operationalizing new capabilities. The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic and executional talents, attention to detail, a sense of curiosity, passion, and patience.


Key Responsibilities*

Provide national sales pursuit support including approach, pricing, references, proposal materials, and compliance guidance.

* Coordinate with marketing and practice leadership on planning and execution of marketing campaigns that align with the brand's voice and resonates with Managed Cloud and Infrastructure clients and prospects.

* Create and maintain product and sales content including artifacts such as placemats, data sheets, case studies, websites, qualification lists, pricing calculators, proposal templates, thought leadership, etc. that can be used internally and externally.

* Collaborate with Sales team and practice leadership to provide necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively communicate product values.

* Continuously monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to spot risks to product lines or sales channels and develop relevant response plans.

* Work with delivery teams to operationalize new service offerings and features including supporting Client communication templates and change management efforts.

Requirements

* A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in related role and similar industry (Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Technical Writing)

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, marketing or related field

* Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills

* Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams

* Strategic thinking and the ability to set clear objectives

Compensation Range: $93,200 - $186,300 |
