Your new role

As our new Project Manager, you will join our Engineering Resources teamin Ramboll Advanced Manufacturing. As a Project Manager, you will have financial authority (PFA) who has demonstrated the ability to: manage people and projects, contribute to the sustainable financial growth of Ramboll, lead high performance teams, resolve conflict, negotiate positive outcomes, motivate employees; and has the potential to immediately contribute to AMO SE Engineering Team; and provide consistent strong leadership and performance for client satisfaction, employee satisfaction and sustainable financial growth. .

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Perform the management roles and responsibilities defined in the Project Model for the development, planning, execution and close-out for multi-discipline engineeringprojects
  • Master and apply best practices for project accounting, workflow management (Autodesk Construction Cloud), risk mitigation (PI Tool), cash management, client development (CRM, Key Accounts), the use and application of project management tools (MS Project for Scheduling), contracting, and procurement.
  • Schedule routine client visits aligned with Ramboll's Energy and Industry strategy
  • Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science Major, preferred

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Project Management Professional Certification preferred
  • Proven track record of building and managing high performance teams, proficient in leadership skills such as conflict management, complex negotiations, influencing, mentoring, coaching and counselling, creating a strong and sustainable team, attention to details, motivating and inspiring employees, self-initiatives, and a demonstrated leadership potential
  • Consistent strong leadership and performance for client satisfaction, employee satisfaction and sustainable financial growth
