HVAC Mechanical Installation Technician

Some of the responsibilities for a mechanical installation technician will be:

• Assisting a team with the installation of commercial building HVAC equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform startup of newly installed equipment.
• Refrigerant removal and installation.
• Continue to learn new installation and service practices.
• Maintain company vehicle and property.
• Keep team leaders informed of job progress.

Qualified candidates will meet the following:

• 2 years minimum commercial installation/ service experience.
• A degree in HVAC is a plus.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work with a team and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Blueprint interpretation is a plus.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on some after-hours projects.
• Experience in piping, electrical, commercial controls, and sheet metal is a plus.
