Site Manager (SM) shall be responsible for contractor operation and maintenance performance, ensuring proper
communication between the Contractor and Government personnel and should be readily available to the
government any time.
The preponderance of the SM's working hours shall be dedicated to managing his/her
site.
The SM shall not be routinely scheduled to perform preventative or cybersecurity maintenance actions but
may provide technical expertise in special situations that require advanced technical skills and knowledge

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensures operations personnel are trained to fully exploit the capabilities of the training devices.
  • Ensures the inventory is maintained and replacement parts are ordered timely
  • Ensures devices are ready for training at the scheduled CTT
  • Solicit user feedback on trainer readiness/training device quality/staff capability
  • Ensure CDRL submissions are accurate
  • Shall meet daily, at a minimum, with the CORs to discuss:
    • Trainer Comment/Utilization Forms (TCUF) - A joint review of the previous day's comment forms.
    • Maintenance Action Forms (MAF) - Review of each MAF generated during the previous day, to include status and anticipated date of closure.
    • Training Device Status Report (TDSR) should identify all known problems with each training device, and the mission capability for each device.

Other tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Developing a leading and accountable culture with onsite team.
  • Able to lead, manage and communicate with Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Support Cost Schedule and performance initiatives with all leadership stakeholders
  • Recommend processes and areas of improvement
  • Generate and foster healthy, transparent and trusting relationships with both Program Management and customer
    stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • The SM shall have five (5) years of management experience in which two (2) years shall be management of electronic maintenance.
  • Must possess SECRET clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI;
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
  • Familiar with Air Force and Navy aircraft operations and maintenance requirements.
  • Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreement management
