Hours-Production works 8-8
Day shift is 8:00A - 8:00P
Night shift is 8P:00- 8:00A

We run a 2-2-3 model for shift scheduling. On 2, off 2, on 3, off 2, on 2, off 3, repeat


Job Duties

*Operates multiple equipment systems used in the processing of chemical substances, adhering to formulation specifications and operational safety standards as described under responsible care and PSM. familiar with hazardous and flammable chemicals
*Cleans and maintains plant manufacturing areas and equipment regularly as required, promoting environmental cleanliness and efficiency.
*Attends and participates in shift meetings and safety sessions as required, providing accurate reporting and confirmations for shift changes and completing job safety evaluations as requested.
*Receives and completes daily work assignments, documentation and checklists as required, adhering to process and industrial safety guidelines and requirements.
*Reviews product specifications and formulations for proper safety equipment, tool usage and material specifications, utilizing specified checklists as indicated.
*Obtains and uses the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed, maintaining the condition and storage of such equipment.
*Conducts 'in process' laboratory testing according to Quality Control and Assurance protocol.
*Attends and participates in plant productivity, performance and quality meetings and reports as directed.
*Participates in and completes other projects and tasks as assigned.
