Are you passionate about precision and meticulous analysis? We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and stability of our products through testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Routine and Non-Routine Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of raw materials, in-process items, and finished formulations according to standard operating procedures. Your keen eye for detail will ensure the accuracy and reliability of our analytical processes.

Biochemical and Chemical Analysis: Perform a variety of biochemical and chemical analyses on products, raw materials, and finished goods to ensure stability and adherence to quality standards. Your expertise in analytical techniques will be critical in maintaining product integrity.

Data Compilation and Documentation: Compile and document data from test procedures, including biochemical and chemical assays, stability testing, and formulation studies.

Equipment Calibration and Maintenance: Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical measurements.

Reporting and Investigation: Participate in the preparation of investigations, summaries, and reports based on analytical findings. Your analytical insights will support decision-making and problem-solving efforts within the organization.

Method Development: Contribute to the development of testing methods to enhance analytical capabilities and efficiency. Your innovative approach will drive continuous improvement in analytical processes.

SOP Revision and Compliance: Review data for compliance to specifications and report any abnormalities. Additionally, revise and update standard operating procedures as needed to ensure alignment with standard processes and regulatory requirements.

Special Projects: Take on special projects related to analytical and instrument problem-solving, demonstrating your versatility and ability to take on challenges.

Shift: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field; or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of gmp experience in a lab setting preferred

  • Proficiency in data compilation, documentation, and report writing

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
