The ADR is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and is essential in securing new business with prospective and existing customers, building the sales pipeline, and driving the company's revenue goals.

Juniper ADR's have the opportunity to connect with relevant medium to large enterprises to discuss how Juniper Networks can transform their network resulting in game-changing opportunities and increased efficiency and security.

As an ADR, you will work closely with field sales Account Managers and Virtual Sales Executives to build strategic prospecting plans in new and existing Strategic and Commercial Enterprise accounts, and you will then bring focus and consistency to making that plan a reality. The ADR will also work as part of the commercial account team alongside the VSE to manage and close small threshold deals by learning to leverage Juniper's world-class partner ecosystem.

  • Ability to understand and communicate sophisticated technology, value propositions and solutions

Who we are looking for:

  • Must be located in the Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina area
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 2+ year SDR or Sales Experience
  • Hunter mentality, self-motivated, self-starter, takes initiative
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to succeed in the implementation and follow up of marketing efforts
  • Interest to grow your career in the high-tech industry (i.e. computers, software, networks)
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect
  • Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
  • Business level English required for all positions

You will receive continuous training and coaching to help you build your skills and lay the foundation for further career growth, such as a Virtual Sales Executive or within our field account teams.

Minimum Salary: $72,960.00

Maximum Salary:$104,880.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $72,960.00 and $104,880.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
