Scope:

  • The Sr. Product Manager will lead the implementation of Blue Yonder's Sustainability Roadmap, developing new sustainability- capabilities and features.
  • This cross-functional role will demonstrate sustainability and product management domain expertise to create solutions that help our customers reduce carbon emissions and waste while meeting emerging regulatory requirements.
  • This role plays a critical part in translating sustainability priorities into actionable reporting, decisioning and optimization for Blue Yonder's customers to achieve impact at scale.
  • Lead the development of new products and features, from concept to launch.
  • Execute Sustainability Roadmap and define future product roadmap, gather customer requirements, and prioritize features and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends and competitor activities relevant to ESG (Environmental, Social, & Governance).
  • Serve as an internal champion for the Sustainability Roadmap and company sustainability strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer needs.
  • Measure and analyze the success of product launches and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback to inform the solution design.

What we are looking for

  • A minimum 8+ years of experience in product management with demonstrated exposure to sustainability (Required).
  • Sustainability background with either academic or professional experience, preferably with a focus on supply chain, carbon accounting, waste reduction, energy-efficiency, renewable energy, regulatory and/or circular economy.
  • Proven track record of bringing software/NPI products to market successfully.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear actions for stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working in Agile development methodologies.

Salary range - $113,046 - $163,977

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
