Position Description

This position is responsible for performing various QMS administrative activities required to support departmental functions and objectives.

Essential Function

* Manage Acceptance Authority Media and Eye Screening processes

* Administrator of Iron Mountain account, assuring all records or retained and retrievable

* Test Equipment Coordinator, assuring all Test Equipment calibration is completed and recorded

* Customer and Government Property Manager, assuring all C&GP is tracked and reported

* Support Customer requirements reviews during quote and purchase order stages

* Complete scrap transactions to support Final Assembly

* Prepare and distribute reports to support the above activities

* Process quotations and purchase orders for quality requirements

* Assist in documenting technical procedures utilizing swim lane flowcharts, electronic forms and training plans

* Assist in Quality Management System Assessments

* Support various other activities pertaining to office management (i.e., office supply ordering and stocking, mail distribution, catering coordination)

Required Skills

Critical Competencies

* Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office package including Visio

* Ability to work within Kearfott's ERP system (IFS)

* Experience with Word Press preferred

* Excellent administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills required

* Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities

* High self-motivation

Required Experience

* High School Diploma required

* Minimum 5 years' experience in administrative role

* Proven knowledge and experience in documentation and record keeping

* Familiarity with QMS, ISO 9001 / AS 9100, FAA and DOD requirements desired

* Must be legally authorized to work in the US, visa sponsorship not available

* Must be able to work on U.S. government programs and/or obtain security clearance in the future
