Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA): Level 2 and Level 3

Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence is in search of proficient Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to bolster our essential Intelligence Community (IC) missions across multiple locations. This position offers an exceptional platform for SIGINT analysis professionals to leverage their skills and contribute significantly to our national security objectives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform complex analysis of both collected and open-source data to provide insightful interpretations and generate leads.
• Guarantee target continuity, develop comprehensive target profiles and their activities, and devise new methods to acquire additional target-related data.
• Sustain accurate databases crucial for targeting, tasking, and analysis purposes.
• Discover intelligence gaps and modify existing collections or instigate new ones to bridge these gaps.
• Implement diverse analysis methods, such as pattern recognition, against targets' communication, network activities, and digital traces.Utilize your comprehensive understanding of IC requirements and missions.
• Collaborate effectively with government, military, and contract personnel to develop common perceptions of intelligence requirements, mission relevance, and subject matter expertise.
• Utilize your analytical prowess and curiosity to formulate hypotheses, assess and select suitable analytical techniques, and navigate within data to acquire and distribute insights.
• Summarize, document, and contextualize your findings, sharing any new methodologies you develop with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

Minimum Qualifications

• US government clearance: Top Secret /Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
• Full Scope Polygraph
• U.S. Citizen
• Meet the experience and education qualifications determined for each Level
  • Level 2
    • 2 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR
    • 3 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
    • 5 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
    • 7 years' applicable experience with an associate's degree, OR
    • 9 years' applicable experience without a degree
  • Level 3
    • 4 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR
    • 6 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
    • 8 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
    • 10 years' applicable experience with an associate's degree, OR
    • 12 years' applicable experience without a degree
• Required experience includes elements of Intelligence Analysis such as target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, and familiarity with customer toolsets and databases.
• In certain instances, proficiency in a foreign language may be used to meet experience requirements.
