Job Description

Davidson College's Educational Studies Department seeks applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor of Education with the start date of July 1, 2024. The candidate should be ABD or have received an Ed.D. or Ph.D. in Education or a related field by August 2024. The candidate will teach five courses over two semesters in educational policy, education research methods, and sociology of education, in addition to one course in their area of interest. Undergraduate teaching experience is preferred. Candidates must be committed to outstanding teaching and continuing scholarly activity.
