The Opportunity JLL is seeking a Brokerage Leader for its Agency Leasing business in Charlotte, NC. The Agency Leasing Lead will build upon JLL's existing culture of teamwork, ethics and excellence, be accountable for strategic and operational activity including proactive recruiting, overall Charlotte market growth, new business development, and talent management & development. This position will reside in JLL's Charlotte, NC office and is a "Player-Coach" role.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Market Growth to JLL Potential Develops an overarching roadmap which outlines the plan to establish a market leading Agency Leasing position. Opportunity to double revenue for this business in 5 years. Leads and is accountable for strategic recruiting. Identifies growth opportunities within the market and creates plan to achieve success; approach clearly identifies current and future state. Effectively conveys vision, direction and approach that is clearly understood by all audiences. Understands the competition & develops pursuit strategies to win. Holds ultimate accountability for the successful financial performance of the business against established financial goals and targets.
