Position Summary | The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the UNC School of Medicine is recruiting for a faculty member in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine or Critical Care Medicine to attend primarily in the Medical ICU at UNC Medical Center. They may also attend on the Pulmonary Consult Service or in the CCU at Hillsboro Hospital. Preferably, they will have expertise in acute respiratory failure, hepatic failure, all forms of shock, renal failure, and complex medical conditions requiring ICU Care. They will be responsible for teaching students, residents, fellows and APPs, and they will have the opportunity to help conduct clinical research protocols. |
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements | MD or DO with Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and/or Critical Care Medicine |
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience | Expertise in acute respiratory failure, hepatic failure, all forms of shock, renal failure, and complex medical conditions requiring ICU Care. |
