Regional VP Sales - Stanson

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team and drive the adoption of our innovative healthcare HCC/risk adjustment and prior authorization solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry (both payer and provider), and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within their designated territory.

Responsibilities:

Territory Management:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts, healthcare providers, and payer organizations for engagement.

Product Knowledge:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our healthcare risk adjustment and prior authorization solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential clients.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancement or new features based on client feedback and market demands.

Innovation and Growth:

  • Actively contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Propose and implement creative approaches to meet and exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications

Work Experience:

Years of Applicable Experience - 7 or more years

Skills & Experience:

Communication, Healthcare Sales, Relationship Management

Education:

Bachelors


Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant Experience to include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in healthcare sales, preferably in risk adjustment and prior authorization solutions.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, coding, and billing processes.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $99,000 - $185,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
