Job Description
- Responsible for supervising a team of Designer/Drafters. Ensures drawings and designs adhere to established specifications and standards.
- Responsible for making certain that all work is performed safely, ensuring that safety is an integral element embodied in equipment design and specification.
- Develops documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Performs checking of design documents produced by peers, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains drafting standards and procedures.
- Establishes and monitors work goals and objectives. Evaluates employees through performance reviews, ongoing coaching and feedback methods.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
