Position Summary:
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems and structures throughout the facility.Reports to: Director of Facility Mgmt & Security- Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed.
- Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons.
- Inspects, tests, and maintains records for all fire risers, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire doors, and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems.
- Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage.
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Licenses: HVAC if required, Driver's License required if company vehicle is used after hire.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
