Position Summary:

An Orthopedic Athletic Trainer will provide clinical support to patients in the physician practice under the supervision of the physician to recognize, manage, and rehabilitate injuries of patients in the practice. This position may provide athletic training services to high school athletes as requested and program grows.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

Required Certification:

Must have current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS within 30 days of hire

Required Licenses:

Athletic Trainer

- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) Certification

Licensed as an Athletic Trainer by the North Carolina Board of Athletic Trainer Examiners or License Eligible (must become licensed within 6-month of hire date)
