Requirements
* This job requires you to possess critical thinking skills,
* Make decisive judgments.
* Work with minimal supervision.
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Maintain an appropriate manner and conduct.
* Perform keyboard skills, invasive procedures, etc.,
* Hand-eye coordination.
* You must be able to concentrate on fine details despite constant interruptions.
* It is essential to attend to a task for more than 60 minutes and maintain focus even when relating to specific ideas multiple times.
* You must have the ability to recall tasks/assignments at the beginning of a period extending several days.
Minimum Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree required in Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist
* ASCP or comparable National certification required or must be eligible within six months.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) is required upon hire.
* One year experience in a clinical laboratory as a technologist, hospital environment needed.
* For the third shift, at least three years of experience is preferred.
