We are looking for a Space Planner/Events Planner to join our growing team! The colleague will only be redlining drawings and turning them into Pfizer's drafting department for updates.
The JLL colleague will be given a list of available office/work space to be assigned and will be responsible for maintaining the list with whom is assigned to what office.
The colleague will then coordinate submitting work orders for when they assign a new office space: ie - a work order to JLL maintenance to have the office painted, work order to our janitorial partner to have the carpet cleaned, work order to JLL maintenance to have a new desk and chair assembled prior to move in.
They will follow a similar process when someone moves out or moves to a new office.
Help onsite colleagues reserve meeting and conference space.
Work with the person reserving the space to determine the set-up needed for the space and help determine any catering needs.
Put in work orders to maintenance for set-up and breakdown.
Place the catering orders and put in work orders to janitorial for clean-up etc. They will also be responsible for managing the process to ensure all components take place.
