You will join our Advanced Manufacturing Organization (AMO) department

As our new Project Manager Assistant you will be part of a highly motivated project team focusing on delivering high risk high quality Design-Build industrial projects for our clients. Our teams consist of 2 to 10 plus members depending on the size, specific project requirements and complexity of the project.

Qualifications

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Document Control utilizing BIM 360 Software
    • Manage receipt and transmission of project documents
    • Check documents for compliance with standard procedures
    • Organize and maintain documents
    • Process Request for Information (RFI’s)
    • Process & track drawing submittals
  • Attend project meeting taking notes, action items and developing minutes
  • Project Control Assistance
    • Purchase Orders
    • Contract Change Orders
    • Subcontract Change Orders
    • Field Work Directives
    • Financial Reports
    • Daily / Monthly Reports
    • Financial Tracking / Earned Value Assessments
  • Coordinate/ Track shipping of materials and equipment to site
  • Develop spreadsheets and Power Point presentations for project meetings
  • Set-up and coordinate project meetings
  • Project Controls
    • Assist with Change Orders

  • College degree with 3+ year’s experience or 10+ years working in the construction or engineering environment performing these duties
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal

    • Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Document Management and Storage Systems
    • SharePoint, FileNet, Process Map
    • BIM 360 a plus

Being detail-oriented and having the interpersonal skills to gather support and cooperation from team members to allow accurate and effective completion of tasks you are assigned.  This role will require effective engagement with multiple levels of individuals such as Project Managers, Project Officers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Owners Representatives, Subcontractors and Vendors.
