Key Responsibilities include:

  • Build plans that align to the strategic priorities - including increasing wallet share, cross-selling, and helping to build out a high growth strategy.
  • Create customer lifecycle journeys to accelerate the purchase process.
  • Ensure that we have the right activity mix to drive growth, including awareness, contact acquisition, and demand generation.
  • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan for all services (new and existing).
  • Provide the sales team and leadership the necessary services expertise, market intelligence, and materials to effectively sell our services.
  • Implement and measure the strategy for the generation of sales leads.
  • Directs competitive analysis and establishes marketing, pricing, and marketing tools for a leadership position and increased market share.
  • Develop and conduct training on all services.
  • Develops and maintains KPI's, dashboards, and reporting to provide insight into sales
  • Develop marketing strategies to drive Share of Market and Total Addressable Market for the various verticals and top customers in each vertical.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and drives continuous improvement.
  • Acts as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive growth.
  • Create and implement market and sales campaigns.
  • Relentlessly analyzes the business and proactively offers insight and recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Strong C-level communication and presentation skills including graphics, PowerPoint, video, and other creative tools.
  • Will perform other duties as required.

Position Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years experience in marketing, sales/operations support in environmental, industrial services, sustainability, or waste industry preferred.
  • Ability to contribute both as a sole contributor and as a team member with a bias towards action.
  • Talent for managing multiple goals at once
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, with experience working cross-functionally with creatives, service teams, sales, and Leadership.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and technical industry.
