BDO USA is looking for an experienced marketer, communicator and program coordinator focused on supporting our client experience and special programs team to join our dynamic and growing Marketing & Communications team. As a Marketing Client Experience Programs Sr. Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing management of BDO's client experience programs and systems. Your specific focus will be driving the engagement of BDO's client experience software, Qualtrics for client satisfaction and Net Promoter Score programs. You will work closely with the marketing team and professionals across the firm including, business development, information technology and client service, to execute and communicate client experience and marketing programs, projects and specific deliverables to support performance optimization and program operations. Additional strategic programs and special projects include marketing reporting, cross selling initiatives and team communications. Responsibilities include goal alignment; project implementation, strategy, and management; administration, monitoring and analyzing; governance, quality assurance, and training.
