Who you are

You are a curious person with a keen eye for detail and want to grow your career in commercial real estate.  Because of your interest in commercial real estate trends, you keep up to date on the local market and are keenly interested in bringing data together to tell the story. The Research Analyst pursues everything with energy, drive and a need to complete the task, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks. You are adept with research software and embrace the latest technologies. You thrive on managing multiple projects and are comfortable with shifting priorities throughout the day.

 

You possess strong communications skills and are able to build strong professional relationships with others.

 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an analytical field.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize your work.

  • Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills using research databases

 

Bonus skills and experience

  • Experience with GIS mapping a plus.

  • Experience with CoStar

  • Three plus years in Commercial Real Estate

  • Experience with Salesforce

 

 

What success looks like

  • You provide detailed research and convey your expertise in client meetings/presentations.

  • You offer new ideas using collaborative methods with all team members and managers, and well as work autonomously.

  • You produce quarterly market reports that create a buzz.

  • You use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
