Department | Building Maintenance & Operations |
About the Department | The BM&O department provides building system services for approximately 15 million gross square feet of campus facilities. Our facilities range from basic classroom/office type buildings to state of the art animal care facilities and state of the art research facilities. Given the uniqueness of the facilities ranging from large distributed systems to central steam and chilled water systems, technically qualified technicians are required to maintain and operate the building systems that create a physical environment for our campus customers that advances the University. |
