Senior Associate, Leadership College Marketing & Communications

The Leadership College team is looking for a creative, curious, and results-driven marketer to play a key role in helping leaders and stakeholders find, understand, and use Leadership College products and services. As a marketing associate on our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies that help Leadership College deliver a unified leadership development experience. You'll also produce and drive an enterprise-wide campaign that enables Leadership College to tell a cohesive story about the products and experiences we provide the enterprise to attract, develop, retain, and inspire the world's best talent. You will also be the primary manager of the Leadership College website to ensure our content is timely, accessible, and advertisable.

  • A skilled marketer, who can use data driven insights to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to reach and engage associates

  • A brand builder who can work closely with visual designers to bring business intent to life via marketing creative

  • Someone who approaches assignments from a customer-centric perspective, while also understanding higher-level business and marketing objectives

  • A storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • A creative problem solver who will proactively connect dots, offer solutions to address business problems, and stay flexible in the face of changing priorities

  • A collaborator, who enjoys iterating with a fast-paced cross-functional team and is equally comfortable influencing internal customers and leadership

  • A manager of the Leadership College website, ensuring content is published in a timely fashion with high attention to detail and excellence

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or at least 2 years of communications experience or a combination of both

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or military experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing

  • At least 1 year in program or project management

  • At least 1 year of experience in financial services, technology, or other highly regulated industry

  • At least 1 year of experience supporting leadership development initiatives

  • Experience in market research

  • Experience in content curation and development
