We are currently hiring Full Time Service Agents in our Southwest Charlotte, NC Call Center. Please note, this is not a remote work position, yet it is a permanent opportunity and requires onsite presence at the Call Center.

We'd love to hear more about your customer service, sales, call center and telemarketing background and how the American Red Cross could be a great fit for you. If you’re looking for a chance to meet the call center leadership team, learn more about our open position and potentially interview, this event may just be for you!

Attendees must register by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, May 29th in order to be considered.
