Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent computer (Microsoft Suite) and analytical skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
- A proven ability to execute against plan
- Proven history of successful problem solving, goal setting, and achievement.
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse work force to achieve desired results.
- Proven history of successful creation and implementation of training programs & operational procedures.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and the ability to lead teams to constant lean improvements. Experience and/or understanding of ISO 9001 programs is desired.
Education and work experience:
- Seven (7) plus years of equivalent managerial experience in manufacturing’ (apparel manufacturing preferred)
- Strong computer skills, and ability to learn new programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related discipline.
