Job Responsibilities Project management as owner's representative highly technical industrial environment or office space Oversee projects through the JLL 5 Phase Project Management Process Develop scope, schedule, and budget for building, production, and tenant improvement projects and relocation projects Manage all financial aspects of each project, including contracts, procurement, and change orders through its conclusion Coordinate all activities of sub-contractors with facility management, the client, and manufacturing management Comply with facility and client policies and procedures and follow all change management procedures Address clients' special requests and post-move relocation concerns when necessary Provide technical support for capital planning cycle Conduct and lead meetings with architects, clients, JLL staff, and all project contractors and vendors Maintain client relationship and facilitate conflict resolution
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction industrial, technology, or engineering A minimum of 7 years project management or construction management work experience, within Manufacturing, Commercial, or Retail space High touch change management experience within a corporate culture Experience working with industrial clients' developers Demonstrated a high level of performance in project scope development, budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling Excellent communication skills Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
