Risk Manager - Enterprise Services Risk

We are growing! The Enterprise Service Business Chief Risk Office provides risk management support to several lines of business including: Tech, Digital, Brand, Work Place Solutions (WPS), Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) Growth Ventures, Corporate Security, One Design and External Affairs. We are on the cutting edge of risk management and provide support for new and emerging technologies as well as critical business strategies. Our ES Process Management Governance team is seeking a highly-motivated process and risk manager. The successful candidate will have knowledge of process management strategies, risk methodologies and ability to build relationships with business and risk partners. Core responsibilities include oversight of ES process hierarchy, critical business process identification and consultation, process training support, and horizontal support for ES controls program. Initiates and executes process improvements. Leads other associates, when necessary, and ensures best practices are executed by the team and shared broadly across the Enterprise.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage, oversee and implement process improvements: data quality, process certification framework, process hierarchy change management, change control, and reporting

  • Support process owner training for Accountable Executives, process owners, and process managers

  • Oversee, review and manage ES process hierarchy (L1/L2 processes)

  • Participate in processes criticality assessments and process level assessments

  • Build out and maintain ES Process Governance strategy and standards

  • Establish and maintain relationships with ES process owners, process managers, and vertical risk advisors

  • Develop, implement and oversee ES process community of practice, enable best practice sharing within ES and other risk offices across the Enterprise

  • Collaborate with ERM, ORM and business partners throughout the ES BRO value chain to help drive best practices and principles, specific to process management execution strategies

  • Actively participates in team oriented efforts

  • Manage multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines

  • Coordinate work between multiple areas and engage in multiple projects, simultaneously;leveraging/influencing business partners to drive results

  • Effectively work in white space and bring structure to deliver on our well manage agenda

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience

  • At least 3 years of experience Process or Project Management

  • At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management

  • At least 3 years of experience working with internal business clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and communicate with all levels

  • Business Process Management certification, Lean or Green Belt Certification

  • Knowledge of PRIME system and data model

  • 4 years of experience in Process management

  • 4 years of experience in Change or Risk Management

  • 4 years of experience as a Risk Guide

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and communicate with all levels
