With a deep focus on our customers and our technology, the Capital One Small Business Team is seeking a Product Manager who will collaboratively define and enable experienced focused on elevating our agent servicing experience
As a Product Manager in Small Business Card, you will work within a multidisciplinary team consisting of engineers, designers, and business managers to translate human insights + business needs into consumer-centric services. Through iterative experience creation, you will elevate our Agents ability to provide best in class service to our Small Business customers helping our Small Business Customers get back to what they love most - grow their business.
General areas of responsibility:
Steward the creation of key hypotheses, build MVPs, and run tests to help inform product market fit
Shape and contribute to the overall experience; stewarding customer and business needs from concept to prototypes to scalable solutions
Accountable for driving intent into our sprint teams; maintaining a prioritized backlog and defining clear acceptance criteria
Lead the development of OKRs and supplementative KPIs; driving shared understanding and decision enablement
Sustaining and iterating on in market experiences
Collaborate with an extended team beyond the Small Business Card organization

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of experience in software based product management
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master's Degree
3+ years of experience translating business strategy into digital products
3+ years of experience in Agile product management
