Intern will support ongoing Patient and Specialty Services Data Management initiatives delivered by Commercial Acceleration (CA). The intern will lead key projects to strengthen stakeholder understanding of data asset availability and its appropriate use by leveraging technology to enable access more efficiently and comprehensively. Colleague will also assist in supporting new product launches through participation in user acceptance testing and proposal of approaches to streamline processes currently employed.
Roles and Responsibilities
Understanding and documenting Pharma data sources
Understand and document business and data process flows
Understand relational data models and databases
Create wireframes and report mockups
Participate in UAT and validation testing
Rollout project and train stakeholders on value and use
Developing Ad-hoc reports, analysis, insights and recommendations

Minimum requirements
Business Administration, Computer Science, or Data Management / Business Intelligence or related major
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with Advance Microsoft Excel and Power point
Knowledge of programming language such SQL required/Alteryx desirable
Knowledge of data visualization programming, specifically Tableau/Qlik Sense
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
