Clearance: Must have active personnel security clearance at the Secret level in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS).
 
Education: Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work/military experience.

Qualifications: Required 5 years directly related training experience. Has extensive experience with Special Operations, Combat Arms, Combat Support and/or Combat Service Support organizations. Must have extensive leadership experience with at least 2 years relevant experience in a position with duties commensurate to this requirement; or 5 years specialized experience. Advanced knowledge of the SOF principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in supporting DOD operations; Advanced knowledge of SOF relevant hardware, software, and other equipment as assigned. Requires 8 years directly related training experience. Has extensive experience with Army Combat Arms, Combat Support and Combat Service Support organizations. CGSC-ILE or USASMA graduate highly desired. Candidate must have extensive leadership experience with at least 2 years relevant experience in a position with duties commensurate to those defined in the task order requirement; or 5 years specialized experience.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in supporting military operations; Advanced knowledge of relevant hardware, software, and other equipment as assigned. Some of these qualifications/competencies may include, but are not limited to: Scenarios and Operations Orders library development/sustainment; Exercise development (road to war, scenario, master events, operations orders w/ appropriate annexes, injects/scripting, etc); Exercise design and planning (continuous coordination with the Partner Unit); Exercise control design (control processes, role player requirements, control school, dynamic scripting during execution, etc); Simulation Models revision, development, and maintenance; Rehearsal design and product development; Exercise analysis (data collection, battle analysis, trend analysis, AAR development, etc); Exercise IT network systems and communications architecture design, establishment, maintenance; Exercise scheduling and coordination (MCTP & FORSCOM interface); and OC/T Academy curricula development and course sustainment. Microsoft Office Skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
 
Job Description: This is an episodic contract position providing support to develop, execute and monitor a complex SOF exercise. Optimizes the understanding and application of the intelligence processes, human domain, systems, and procedures; Exercise development (road to war, scenario, master events, operations orders w/ appropriate annexes, injects/scripting, etc); Exercise design and planning (continuous coordination with the Partner Unit); Exercise control design (control processes, role player requirements, control school, dynamic scripting during execution, etc); Simulation Models revision, development, and maintenance; Rehearsal design and product development; Exercise analysis (data collection, battle analysis, trend analysis, AAR development, etc); Exercise IT network systems and communications architecture design, establishment, maintenance; the concomitant communications and coordination’s will provide the customer the ability to exercise its SOF command and control, oversight, and management capabilities.
 
Benefits:  Pay commensurate with level of experience plus per diem and travel to/from-in/around the exercise location.
