Position Highlights:
Our Transportation Engineering team is growing! Stewart is seeking a talented Graduate Engineer (BSCE) to join our Transportation team. In this exciting role, you will be utilizing Microstation to work on a wide variety of projects, including roadway plans, traffic management plans, pavement marking plans, and signing plans. Your work may range from bridge replacements to multi-lane widening projects to interchange designs. Put your design and innovation skills to the test as you gain exposure to intersection improvement, roundabouts, and superstreet design. Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
- Engineer in Training (EI) Certification preferred
- 0 to 4 years of experience in the transportation engineering industry
- Work experience in the transportation engineering industry, including work with NDOT, preferred
- Experience in Microstation, Geopak, Corridor Modelling, and/or Civil 3D preferred
- Strong written and oral communications skills are required
- Valid driver's license strongly preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, and you should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for an employment-based visa
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
You are willing and able to work in a professional, climate-controlled office environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to lots of light, both natural and artificial. Workstations are in an open space layout with frequent collaboration and interactions from co-workers throughout the day. Within the office you are willing and able to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Additional requirements include providing on-site technical assistance by accessing client or construction sites with varying terrain.

We have a diverse portfolio of projects that include interchange reconfigurations, new location roadways, multi-lane widening, reduced conflict intersection design, intersection improvements, pedestrian bridge design, highway bridge, and culvert design.
